ASSISTED LIVING
AND LIVE WORK

Our assisted living projects include residential care for mentally challenged and adaptable housing with elevated levels of accessibility. We are constantly challenging ourselves to design living environments with more character and sense of place. As we as a population age the longer that we can stay in our homes in a comfortable environment the healthier we will be both mentally and physically.

In the area of live work we have introduced this component into many of our projects. With uses ranging from professional office all the way to studios for fabrication we have broadened the scope and provided for a lifestyle choice.

MULTI RESIDENTIAL
AND COMMERCIAL

All of our projects involve some type of community consultation. This may include rezoning, development permits and discussions with community interest groups. More and more we are taking over projects to resolve difficult issues to do with local character and context, view corridor resolution, Department of Fisheries and Oceans consultation, Port Authority Consultation, along with localized habitat protection and enhancement.

We are firm believers in listening and adapting to our clients vision. The size of our projects varies from seaside cottages to large estate homes always with the same goal of creating a signature project for each client.
