Karl Gustavson Architect Inc. provides a variety of services to developers, event planners and special interest groups. In the past this has ranged from compact plans for small single family and townhouse developments to larger resort communities. We believe that we are better planners because as architects we are able to anticipate the realization of our planning efforts.
A case in point is the rehabilitation of a neighbourhood centre in West Vancouver. This was a plan that started with a vision of how the overall area would develop and work in the long term on the strength of the initial revitalization. Today this is a vital community that has grown in strength as a result of this vision.
More recently we are very excited to announce our working partnerships with Dan Parke , MAIBC (Salal Architecture), Won Kang (design and design development), Ruizhi Lui (watercolour illustrations) and Parallel Architectural Technologists (production and technical support). With this commitment to success we continue to receive enthusiastic approval of our projects from a variety of client and jurisdictional authorities.
